One text can change everything. Ruby Richardson (Merritt Wever) and her former college boyfriend Billy Johnson (Domhnall Gleeson) made a pact more than 15 years earlier: if either of them texted the word "RUN" and the other replied with the same, they would both drop everything and meet in Grand Central Station to travel across America together. This wildly unconventional romantic comedic thriller series finds the pair traveling by train from New York to L.A. Can their new selves exist in their old lives? Will they be able to leave their baggage behind? What happens when the running ends?
