Los Espookys: Season 1

Comedians Julio Torres and Ana Fabrega team up with Fred Armisen and Lorne Michaels of “SNL” fame for this unconventional half-hour series that follows a group of friends who turn their love for horror into a peculiar business. Set in a fictional Latin American country, where the strange and eerie are just part of daily life, the six Season 1 episodes finds four eccentric friends--Renaldo (Bernardo Velasco), Andres (Torres), Ursula (Cassandra Ciangherotti) and Tati (Fabrega)--creating a business that brings horror fantasies to life for a variety of clients, often with the help of Renaldo's uncle Tico (Armisen). Calling themselves "Los Espookys ," the group's projects include a fake exorcism, orchestrating a sea-monster sighting, and a "typical inheritance scare" at the mansion of a deceased millionaire.
