Warner Home Video Releases “History Of The Miami Dolphins” On DVD September 7, 2010

Now the rich tradition of Miami Dolphins football is being documented by Warner Home Video (WHV), the National Football League (NFL) and NFL Films with the release of “NFL History of the Miami Dolphins” on DVD. This two-disc collector’s set will be released just in time for the start of the 2010 NFL season as the Dolphins are poised for a big year. Along with the only perfect season in the modern era of the NFL, “NFL History of the Miami Dolphins” DVD is packed with some of the most celebrated players, memorable moments and championship victories from the past 45 years. It all started with Joe Auer running back the opening kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown in their inaugural game. Then came the 1970s when Bob Griese, Larry Csonka and the “No-Name Defense” won two Super Bowls and completed the single greatest season in NFL history. There was the “Killer B’s” defense in the 1980s; Dan Marino setting passing records in the 1990s and then Jason Taylor and Zach Thomas punishing people on defense in the 2000s.
