Warner Bros. International Television Distribution and Netflix Sign Multiyear Licensing Agreement for Latin America and Brazil
(November 29, 2012 – Burbank, CA) – Netflix Inc. and Warner Bros. International Television Distribution today announced a multi-year licensing agreement allowing Netflix members Latin America and Brazil to instantly watch a wide range of great serialized dramas and feature films from Warner Bros.
The first season of The Vampire Diaries, the hit teen supernatural drama, is now available exclusively for the SVOD platform on Netflix with season two arriving March 1. So too are the first three seasons of Gossip Girl, the story of elite Manhattan private school kids, with season four coming on March 1 as well. And as of December 1, all 100 episodes of the Emmy and Golden Globe winning drama Nip/Tuck will be available for Latin American and Brazilian Netflix members to enjoy how and when they want.
Great Warner Bros. films now on Netflix include “300,” “Ocean’s 13”,” Harry Potter and The Order of The Phoenix,” the “Matrix” trilogy, and kid favorite “Happy Feet,” with many more arriving in the coming months.
