Warner Bros. Consumer Products Unveils Worldwide Licensing Program For Highly Anticipated Animated Family Comedy Adventure, “Happy Feet Two”
(November 17, 2011 – Burbank, CA) – Warner Bros. Consumer Products has assembled a global collection of licensees in celebration of the much-anticipated animated family comedy adventure “Happy Feet Two,” in theaters this Friday, Novemburr 18, 2011. “Happy Feet Two” is Director George Miller’s follow up to his 2006 Academy Award-winning Best Animated Feature Film, “Happy Feet.” The sequel returns tap dancing penguin star Mumble and friends to the big screen for an unrivaled holiday classic. The film will be presented in 3D and 2D as well as IMAX, and will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures and, in select territories, by Village Roadshow Pictures.

Lead items in Thinkway’s new toy line include Dancing Erik (Mumble’s son), Boadicea (Erik’s friend) and the unforgettable Ramon (Mumble’s pal from the first film). The adorable toys feature state-of-the-art dance moves, interactive play features, music, and a talk back mode which allows the toys to speak and dance. George Miller co-wrote the screenplay with Gary Eck, Warren Coleman and Paul Livingston. Miller is also producing the film, along with Doug Mitchell and Bill Miller. Chris deFaria, Philip Hearnshaw, Graham Burke and Bruce Berman serve as executive producers. The cinematographer is David Peers and the animation director is Rob Coleman. The film features vocals by P!nk, with music by John Powell.
