Consumer Products and to have the opportunity to work with Dan and his outstanding team. Dan and I have partnered on a number of successful projects over the years and I have enormous respect for his vision, leadership and creativity,” said Globe. “Few companies possess the breadth of properties and franchises that make up the Warner Bros. Consumer Products portfolio and I am looking forward to being part of the growth and development of the business.” Globe added: “I have been incredibly fortunate to have worked with Steven over the past 22 years. I could not have asked for a more generous and supportive mentor who always provided a creative and stimulating environment in which to work. And I appreciate the opportunity given to me by Steven, Jeffrey and David to play a role in the formation and growth of DreamWorks.” Steven Spielberg said: “For over two decades, Brad has been more than just a part of my creative team — he’s been a caring friend and a good brother to me as well. I’m really going to miss him, but given the success we’ve shared together neither of us can shed too many tears. The memories will live forever, and Brad’s contributions to Amblin Entertainment and DreamWorks SKG are too numerous to mention. In the future the only thing dividing Brad from DreamWorks will be Barham Boulevard.” Globe is known for successful collaborations with filmmakers, strong retail relationships and developing strategic partnerships with licensees and corporate marketers. He has developed some of the largest and most innovative programs over the course of his career for such storied franchises as "Jurassic Park," "E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial," "American Tail," "Who Framed Roger Rabbit," "The Land Before Time," "Steven Spielberg Presents Tiny Toon Adventures," "Steven Spielberg Presents Animaniacs" and, most recently, the Academy Award-winning "Shrek" and "Shrek 2."
