Warner Bros. Consumer Products And Burger King Corporation Are “Back In Action” With New Looney Tunes International Kids’ Meal Promotion Featuring Toys Based On Warner Bros. Pictures Live-Action Adventure Comedy

(October 2, 2003 – Burbank, CA) - Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Burger King Corporation announced today they will join forces in an international partnership promoting Warner Bros. Pictures’ upcoming live-action adventure comedy, “Looney Tunes: Back In Action,” with a special Kids’ Meal promotion featuring toys based on the film. Fans of the movie can collect six “Looney Tunes: Back In Action” themed premiums, which will be included in participating BURGER KING® restaurants Kids’ Meals during the months of November and December in select countries throughout Europe, the Middle East and Latin America and February 2004 in the United Kingdom. “We are thrilled to be partnering with Burger King Corporation for this promotion as we prepare to spread the word about the upcoming film around the world,” said Mark Matheny, Executive Vice President, International Warner Bros. Consumer Products. “Kids are going to have a lot of fun with the ‘Looney Tunes: Back In Action’ toys that truly capture the spirit and excitement of the movie.” The partnership with Burger King Corporation will help to further promote the theatrical release of “Looney Tunes: Back In Action.” The film is set in a live-action world where the stars Brendan Fraser, Jenna Elfman and Steve Martin interact with Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and the famed Looney Tunes band of animated performers for maximum comic effect. The group travels from Hollywood to Las Vegas, to Paris and the jungle of Africa in search of a mythical Blue Monkey Diamond and Fraser’s character’s missing father. “Looney Tunes: Back In Action” will arrive in theaters throughout the United States on November 14th and opens internationally December 2003 through March 2004. “We look forward to once again partnering with our friends at Warner Bros. Consumer Products, this time on a very wacky and fun film,” said Mike Johnson, director, international marketing, Burger King Corporation. “Our ‘Looney Tunes: Back In Action’ premiums are simply outstanding and they’ll be a huge hit with both our adult and kid customers.” The upcoming “Looney Tunes: Back In Action” BURGER KING® Kids’ Meal promotion will be supported by a comprehensive marketing campaign including advertising with dedicated television spots, point-of-purchase materials and themed kid’s meal boxes and tray liners. Created and designed by Premium Surge Inc., one of the following toys will be available in each BURGER KING® Kids’ Meal: Bugs Bunny's Multi-Directional Spy Mobile -- Bugs' spy car is plastic and Bugs is non-removable. The spy car is equipped with a pull back gear box. Turn Bugs' head in one of three different directions that you want the car to go, pull the car backwards and he will drive off in that direction. Scorpion-Scared Daffy Rolling Stamper -- Daffy is a rolling stamper. Open the door in the toy bottom to expose the stamp roller. Roll Daffy forward on paper and a trail of scorpions appear to chase him. Tornado Taz Action Spinner -- Taz is plastic and non-removable. Push Taz forward and he spins like a tornado. Push him slow, and he spins slowly, faster and he's a blur. Tic-Tac-Tweety Magic Slate Game -- Use the stylus to play tic tac toe. When the game is finished, slide the stylus clip down, wipe the board clean, and play again. Tweety is a 4C label. Marvin The Martian Zip-Strip Sound Saucer -- Use the zip strip to activate Marvin's Saucer and watch it spin. As it spins it creates a whistling noise. Marvin is non-removable. Yosemite Sam Hot-Seat Scorcher -- Sam is a rev-up sparking toy. Rev Sam up and watch him race forward as sparks fly inside the clear-sculpted smoke and flames. About Warner Bros.
