TCM Greatest Classic Films Collection Wave 3 - Warner Home Video And Turner Classic Movies To Release Three More Collections On September 1

(May 11, 2009 – Burbank, CA) – Another group of timeless treasures will be released this fall as Warner Home Video and Turner Classic Movies introduce three additional four-title sets from the “TCM Greatest Classic Films Collection” on September 1, 2009. Starting this past February, the collections have been made available in separate waves and promoted throughout the year on TCM. (A complete listing of all collections is included below.) This latest installment consists of 1) “TCM Greatest Classic Films Collection: Murder Mysteries” – “The Big Sleep,” “Dial M for Murder,” “The Maltese Falcon,” and “The Postman Always Rings Twice”; 2) “TCM Greatest Classic Films Collection: Horror” – “Freaks,” “House of Wax,” “The Haunting,” “Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde”; and 3) “TCM Greatest Classic Films Collection: Sci-Fi” – “2001: A Space Odyssey,” “Forbidden Planet,” “Soylent Green” and “The Time Machine.” Each collection is affordably priced at $27.92 SRP.
