Philippe Bastard de Crisnay Promoted To Senior Vice President International Sales Planning And Operations Warner Home Video

(May 4, 2010 – Burbank, CA) - Warner Home Video has promoted Philippe Bastard de Crisnay to Senior Vice President International Sales Planning and Operations. The announcement was made today by Darcy Antonellis, President Warner Bros. Technical Operations and Dan Miron, Executive Vice President Worldwide Supply Chain Management, Warner Home Video, to whom de Crisnay will report. In this newly created role, de Crisnay will have broad oversight of sales planning and supply chain operations across all of Warner Home Video’s international markets, providing procurement, manufacturing, distribution and customer service support to the territory and regional sales teams in conjunction with both their video and games businesses. Working closely with senior management, he will develop sales planning and supply chain strategies, manage the implementation of systems related initiatives and will also facilitate the Studio’s transition to Technicolor. Earlier this year, Technicolor and Warner Bros. entered into a long-term contract covering replication and distribution services for DVD and Blu-ray discs. “Philippe is an extremely talented executive who has the unique expertise to take on this challenging new role,” Miron said. “He has a wealth of experience overseeing large-scale change initiatives, which will be a significant focus in this new position as we transition to Technicolor and upgrade our supply chain operations systems.” De Crisnay joined Warner Home Video France in 1996 as Finance and Operations Director. He was promoted to Deputy Managing Director in 2000 and was appointed Managing Director of Warner Home Video France in March 2004. Under de Crisnay’s leadership, Warner Home Video outperformed the market in France despite the downward trend industry wide at the time. Among his contributions, he was instrumental in positioning Warner Home Video as the leader in high definition media in France and developed a comprehensive strategy to successfully launch digital distribution in the country. De Crisnay also served as President of the French Video Trade Association where he led the industry effort to obtain the recent legislation change on home video windows. Most recently, he served as Vice President, International for Warner Home Video. “Philippe’s sales and operational background provides a unique combination of skills to support various strategies within our markets while providing leadership and direction to the international supply chain organization supporting home entertainment,” added Antonellis. Prior to Warner Bros., de Crisnay worked for Apple Computer Europe for 13 years in various management positions across a variety of areas including business finance and business transformation modelling.
