ONO Broadens Its Video-On-Demand Agreement With Warner Bros. - Will Include All 2008 Film Releases, Including “I Am Legend,” “Speed Racer” And “Sweeney Todd”

(July 17, 2008 – Madrid) - ONO, the leading broadband communications and entertainment company, has broadened its existing agreement with Warner Bros. Digital Distribution to include all of the latter’s 2008 film releases in its video on demand (VOD) service Ojo Videoclub. The cable provider will show for the first time on Spanish television films such as “I Am Legend,” “Speed Racer,” “Sweeney Todd,” “Invasion,” “License to Wed” and “The Dark Knight,” amongst others. What’s more, ONO will add one hundred recent and classic titles to its film library, including “Eyes Wide Shut,” “Casablanca,” the Matrix trilogy, “Batman,” “Troy,” “Wild Wild West” and “Mars Attacks!” Marc Gareton, Executive Vice-President, International, Warner Bros. Digital Distribution said, “Warner Bros. Ojo Videoclub provides access to an exclusive world of recreation, information and entertainment, tailor-made to each viewer’s requirements, as it is the viewer who can choose what they want to see and when, 24 hours a day, in addition to being able to pause, restart and view again, as many times as they like.
