Gustavo Antonioni Promoted To Vice President, Retail Business Development, Creative And Brand Assurance, EMEA For Warner Bros. Consumer Products

(July 21, 2003 – Burbank, CA) – Gustavo Antonioni has been promoted to Vice President of Retail Business Development, Creative and Brand Assurance, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Warner Bros. Consumer Products, it was announced today by Pilar Zulueta, Senior Vice President, EMEA for Warner Bros. Consumer Products. “Overseeing retail business development and creative in the important European territories, Gustavo will utilize his significant experience in creating and growing our licensing programs,” Zulueta said. “His proven track record and knowledge of our properties will allow him to lead the Warner Bros. Consumer Products team in marketing and expanding the brands with key retail and promotional partners throughout Europe.” Reporting to Zulueta, Antonioni will lead International retail business development and brand assurance in developing and implementing an international strategy for Warner Bros. Studios properties and licensed products among key retailers, merchandisers and promotional partners in Europe. Additionally, he will oversee the creative department and the use of monitoring systems to assess sell-through of licensee’s products and work with regional managers to enhance the direct-to-retail sourcing business. In his previous role with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Antonioni served as the Executive Director of Marketing Services and Retail Business Development, EMEA. After joining Warner Bros. Consumer Products in 1998, as manager of Retail Latin America, he advanced to several director positions in Retail Business Development Latin America and the International group based in Burbank, CA. Prior to Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Antonioni worked for Disney Consumer Products Latin America Inc. as a marketing manager and McGraw Hill Publishing Inc. as a marketing representative. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA with a concentration in international management from the University of Miami. Warner Bros.
