Gary Simon Named Senior Vice President Of Business And Legal Affairs For Warner Bros. Consumer Products
(August 23, 2000 – Burbank, CA) – Gary Simon has been named Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for Warner Bros. Consumer Products, it was announced today by George Jones, President of Worldwide Licensing and Warner Bros. Studio Stores for Warner Bros. Consumer Products.
Reporting to Jones, Simon’s responsibilities will be broadened to include oversight of business affairs for the licensing division of Warner Bros. Consumer Products and legal and business affairs for Warner Bros. Studio Stores. He will continue to handle all aspects of legal affairs for the licensing division, as well.

Simon joined Warner Bros. Consumer Products in 1993 from Adidas USA, Inc., where he served as Vice President and General Counsel. In that position, he was responsible for Pony, Arena and Le Coq Sportif brands as well as Adidas.
Prior to that, Simon held positions with Lever Brothers Company and the law firm of Donovan, Leisure, Newton & Irvine. He holds a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and earned a B.S. from the Syracuse University School of Business Administration.
