Donna Raphael Promoted To Vice President, Financial Reporting For Warner Bros. Consumer Products

(February 9, 2001 – Burbank, CA) - Donna Raphael has been promoted to Vice President, Financial Reporting for Warner Bros. Consumer Products, it was announced today by Nairi Gardiner, Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations, Warner Bros. Consumer Products. Reporting to Gardiner, Raphael’s duties include consolidating and reporting on Warner Bros. Consumer Products’ worldwide operating results and managing the day-to-day aspects of financial transaction flow for the company’s deals contracted out of the United States. She also plays a key leadership role in the recruitment and training of local financial staff in international territories. Raphael joined Warner Bros. in 1993 as Manager, International Capital Budgeting, where she had a corporate finance role and oversaw the consolidation of international capital budgets for Warner Bros. In 1995, she moved to Warner Bros. Consumer Products where she was promoted to Director, Financial Reporting. Prior to joining Warner Bros., Raphael worked for Disney in corporate accounting and management audit. She began her professional career at the accounting firm of Ernst & Young where she became a Certified Public Accountant. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Warner Bros.
