Cobra Mobile Signs Distribution Agreement For Its iPhone Apps With Warner Bros. Digital Distribution
(May 11, 2009 - Burbank, CA and Dundee, Scotland) – Award-winning developer Cobra Mobile today announced a distribution agreement with Warner Bros. Digital Distribution (WBDD) for their popular iPhone apps. WBDD will release two highly original titles that will provide hours of entertainment – the brain melting strategy game “Stuck Genie” and the imaginative painting app “Color Now.”
“We chose to work with WBDD over other distributors because of their iPhone app marketing team and their ability to create innovative campaigns,” said Mark Ettle, managing director of Cobra Mobile. “They are a strategic partner with Apple which further helps in getting visibility for our titles. We’re looking forward to bringing these titles to market.”
From the developer of the best selling game “Low Grav Racer,” comes “Stuck Genie” an addictive puzzle game for the iPhone and iPod Touch available now on the App Store (http://tinyurl.com/d2gw4s). The game takes players to a world where previous brave puzzlers have become part of an evil Genie’s labyrinth. By solving mind-blowing puzzles and outwitting the Genie, gamers can free their fellow puzzlers. They do this by guiding a ball around a puzzle board and sticking additional balls together in the quickest time possible. There are more than 70 energetic levels and a nerve-racking scoring system that will keep players engrossed for hours.
This month WBDD will also release “Color Now,” a unique application that brings coloring books to the digital era. Kids and kids-at-heart will be able to add color to artistic images using a vibrant palate of paints. Once they’re finished, consumers can save their finished masterpiece and use it as wallpaper on their iPhone, print it or send it to friends via email.
