Antonio ‘Tony’ D. Rodriguez Named Senior Vice President, U.S. Finance For Warner Home Video

(November 5, 2003 – Burbank, CA) - Antonio ‘Tony’ D. Rodriguez has been named Senior Vice President U.S. Finance, Warner Home Video, Inc. (WHV) it was announced today by Ron Sanders, Executive Vice Present and General Manager, WHV U.S. Reporting to Ron Sanders, Rodriguez is responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Planning, Accounting, Sales Administration, and Customer Credit Operations. “Tony’s experience in strategic finance and planning will be a major benefit to the division as the DVD market continues the rapid transformation of the home entertainment industry. His change management experience in operating strategy have given him a broad business perspective and abilities to achieve optimal coordination across different business units and function groups,” said Ron Sanders. Prior to joining WHV, Rodriguez was Executive Vice-President to the CEO of Seagram’s Spirits & Wine Division where he led global and cross-functional project groups. He also led Seagram’s global eBusiness group and managed the strategic partnership with the Absolut Vodka Company. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice-President – Global Strategy Officer where he established a worldwide strategy process and reengineered business planning. He was also Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer for Seagram’s Spirits & Wine. As Vice-President – European Operations, Finance and Planning, Rodriguez was based in London and oversaw financial management for Seagram’s largest international region. Previously, he was based in New York and Hong Kong as Director of Finance – Seagram Asia Pacific. Rodriguez holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Stern Graduate Business School, and a BA, Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from Princeton University.
