This most treasured of musical classics stars Gene Kelly, who was ranked #15 on the American Film Institute’s list of the Greatest Actors of All Time, and co-stars Debbie Reynolds, Donald O'Connor, Cyd Charisse, Jean Hagen and Rita Moreno. Co-directed by Kelly and the legendary Stanley Donen, the film was nominated for two Academy Awards® and was ranked as one of the Top 10 Greatest Films of All Time by the AFI.

Other notable contributions are from co-director Stanley Donen, screenwriters Betty Comden and Adolph Green and film historian Rudy Behlmer, who bear witness to the brilliance of Gene Kelly in this documentary created by producer/director Peter Fitzgerald.
Also arriving September 24 is the “Gene Kelly Collection” DVD giftset, which will include the “Singin’ In the Rain 50th Anniversary Edition” along with “An American in Paris,” “On the Town” and new-to-DVD “Gene Kelly: Anatomy of a Dancer,” the critically acclaimed “AMERICAN MASTERS” documentary, which features movie clips, rare footage, and interviews with family members and Hollywood colleagues.
