(June 23, 2010 – Burbank, CA) – Are you willing to be a human target? Well, just leave it to Chance! Based on the popular DC Comics comic book series and graphic novels, FOX’s full-throttle drama “Human Target,” from Warner Bros. Television, centers on Christopher Chance (Mark Valley – “Fringe,” “Boston Legal”), a unique private contractor/bodyguard hired to protect his clients from danger at all costs. Hailed by the Los Angeles Times for its “brilliantly off-kilter characters, high quality production values and truly groovy fight sequences,” “Human Target” was developed for television by Jonathan E. Steinberg (“Jericho”), who also served as executive producer on the first season along with executive producers McG (“The O.C.,” “Chuck”), Peter Johnson (“Supernatural") and Brad Kern (“Charmed”). “Human Target: The Complete First Season’s” three-disc DVD and two-disc Blu-ray feature all 12 episodes of the show’s acclaimed first year, along with a slew of special features, including two never-before-seen featurettes, audio commentary and deleted scenes. From piloting a distressed, upside-down jumbo jet to serving as a bodyguard for a D.A. targeted by a gang, Christopher Chance constantly puts his life on the line each week as he races against time to save his clients. During each job, Chance is supported by special ops manager Winston (Chi McBride – “Pushing Daisies,” “Boston Public”) and hired gun Guerrero (Jackie Earle Haley – “A Nightmare on Elm Street,” “Watchmen”). Along the way, each new adventure reveals Chance’s mysterious past and what drew him to become a human target. “Warner Home Video is very happy to bring 'Human Target: The Complete First Season' to both DVD and Blu-ray,” said Rosemary Markson, WHV Vice President, TV and Special Interest Marketing. “Not only can fans relive some of their favorite 'Human Target' moments from the first season but newcomers can catch up on all the action and adventure this summer before the series returns for its highly anticipated second season.” Episode List 1. “Pilot”
