“The Mentalist” Ranks as Top Rated Show Overall in France for 2013

(January 14, 2014 – Paris, France) “The Mentalist,” starring Simon Baker and airing on TF1, was responsible for 20 of the Top 100 telecasts in France this year, further confirming its position as the most popular TV series in France. “The Mentalist” accounted for the #1 single telecast of any scripted series this year, with 9.4 million viewers on October 8. “Person of Interest,” an action-packed series from producers Jonathan Nolan & J.J Abrams, launched on TF1 this year and entered the Top 100 with 4 telecasts, including the March 20th episode, which garnered 7.5 million viewers.
