Gentleman Jim

Directed by legendary filmmaker Raoul Walsh, and starring Hollywood legend Errol Flynn as real-life boxer James J. Corbett (nickname: "Gentleman Jim") the bank clerk who became the World Champion, and who elevated boxing from bare-knuckled brawling to the sport of skill it is today.

This 1942 box-office hit also stars Alexis Smith, Jack Carson and Alan Hale.
