First Looks at the Bad Guys from "It" and "King Arthur"

In an effort to instill a deep and lifelong fear of clowns (you know, coulrophobia) and sewers in children everywhere, Entertainment Weekly revealed the exclusive first look of Pennywise the clown from the upcoming adaptation of Stephen King's terrifying novel It. Bill Skarsgård plays the monstrous shapeshifting "Dancing Clown."

On playing a clown without a conscience, Skarsgård says of the role 

It’s such an extreme character. Inhumane. It’s beyond even a sociopath, because he’s not even human. He’s not even a clown. I’m playing just one of the beings It creates.

It will be coming for you, errr...we mean to theaters on September 8, 2017.

From killer clowns to Camelot, WB also released the first pics of Guy Ritchie's sweeping King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.

Above, Jude Law plays Vortigern, the warlord uncle to Arthur. Oh, he's also a murderer and usurper to the throne. Though history is torn on the existence of Arthur and his legendary sword, Vortigern is considered likely to have existed. EW.com also released a photo of Charlie Hunam as the film's namesake, Arthur. No longer just the knight in shining armor that many imagine, Hunam's Arthur will have a harder edge to him that hasn't often been portrayed in previous interpretations, though not without a little magic. Hunam will be appearing at the 2016 San Diego International Comic-Con as part of the Warner Bros. Pictures Event on Saturday, July 23 in support of the film. 

King Arthur: Legend of the Sword is set to open in theaters March 24, 2017.
