J.K. Rowling on "Who Do You Think You Are"

And Happy 50th Birthday!

It's quite the big weekend for Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling. Not only does she turn 50 years old on July 31, but the author of the beloved Harry Potter series will also be appearing on the television series Who Do You Think Are this Sunday, August 2.

Rowling reached out to her fans earlier in the day and thanked them for the birthday wishes and noted that she was enjoying the day in warm and sunny climes with friends and family.
