Banjo

When young Pat Warren's (Sharyn Moffett) father dies, she moves from their farm in Georgia to live with her aunt, Elizabeth Ames (Jacqueline White), in Boston. But Elizabeth doesn't like animals, and Banjo is no exception: the dog must stay outside.

What follows breaks Pat's young heart—Aunt Elizabeth sends Banjo back to Georgia. Undeterred, Pat follows her beloved dog south...and into danger.

Banjo is a deeply moving family film directed by Richard O. Fleischer (Doctor Doolittle).
